An Efficient Google+ Circle Management to Grow Circles and Google+ Engagements
Google Circles on Steroids is what Circloscope is and even though they prompt you to buy it, there is a free version. You do need Google Chrome to use it though.
With Circloscope you can automatically see and circle the engagers in your niche, watch your engagement levels grow, learn exactly who is following you back and who isn’t plus learn their stats, unfollow those who aren’t following you back, easily create circles of engagers from any Google+ post and much more.
This tool lets you easily create specific circles to categorize the people you engage with on Google+ and those who follow you. You can create circles for people who engaged with your posts (commented, shared and +1’d) as well as those who commented on your event and replied to your invitation.
