Eat This Much is an online tool that automatically creates meal plans. The plans generated are tailored for each individual’s nutrition needs, food preferences and budget and are emailed on a weekly basis with a grocery list.
The Eat This Much website offers a how-to-guide to enable users to properly use the online tool and achieve best results for their own health and nutrition requirements. This how-to-guide page also lists a number of kitchen accessories that people on a diet will need such as weighing scale, shaker bottle, measuring cups and Tupperware.
A recipes page is also in place providing visitors with choices on healthy recipes they can follow at home. The recipes are categorized into the appetizers, breakfast foods, desserts, drinks, sandwiches, salads, pasta, soups, main dishes and side dishes among others.
There’s also a FAQ page that provides answers to questions that visitors might have on the articles posted on the site, using the meal planner, improving meal plans, issues and future updates as well as on general topics.
Originally named the Swole.me, the website developed by Louis DeMenthon started with a focus on bodybuilding centered diet. The objective of the developer was to create a meal planner to reach macronutrient proportions. Eventually, DeMenthon and his partner Patrick McKeown improved the site’s algorithm to create much better meal plans fit for ordinary humans.
