Beyond SurveyMonkey, use Typeform to create and publish supercool and free survey and forms for data-gathering purposes. Based in Spain, Typeform aims to help users create attractive online forms and surveys that people will be encouraged to answer.
For the forms, a user can choose to include a welcome screen. This welcome screen can include images and even YouTube videos.
For the questions in online surveys, there are various types to choose from. These include the short text, long text, yes or no, multiple choice, ratings and dropdown menus among others. A Question Group is also available to let you create sectioned questions and sub-questions.
Both the forms and surveys can be customized which means you can pick the background images, font type and color scheme you prefer.
