QCommission is a sales commission software tool that’s very flexible to use. It can calculate the compensation of your sales people in an accurate and professional manner. It is also integrated with Salesforce and QuickBooks although it can also be operated as a stand-alone tool.
Among the things that QCommission can calculate are split commission for multiple reps, overrides for managers,
commission rates by products or customers and attainment as well as commissions based on gross profit, paid invoices and sales orders.
In using QCommission, the person in charge of compensation can establish payees, products, customers, plans, incentives, quotas, payment frequency, among others in the system. It helps to enter or import performance transactions into the system and calculate incentives as often as necessary. The system also allows adjustments to the transactions.
